What Is the Structure Difference of the Esophagus and Trachea?


The structure difference between esophagus and trachea is the smoothness. The esophagus is smooth so that food goes down somewhat smoothly. The trachea consists of of cartilage rings that we use for breathing as this is the wind pipe.
